Garmin HST

Garmin's hst-format is an XML-format which is supported by Garmin's Training Center which ships with Garmin Forerunner. The format is also supported by Garmin's motionbased.com.

GPX

GPX is a GPS exchange format that is supported by a multitude of makers by GPS hard- and software.

Imported data

The following xml-tags are imported for hst files: Run, Trackpoint, Time, LatitudeDegrees, LongitudeDegrees, AltitudeMeters.
The following xml-tags and attributes are imported for GPX files: trk, trkpt, time, lat, lon, ele.
