PhotoMapper v0.2 Camera settings
No special hardware is required to synchronize GPS data with photographs. The only requirement is that the camera time is somewhat correct. Correct time
GPS acquires the time from the satellite signal which means that the clock in the camera has to be set to correspond to the GPS time. The camera time must be set for the same time zone as the computer that is used to run the PhotoMapper software. This normally means that it's easiest to use the time for the home town, regardless of travel to other time zones.
